Role Overview 

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company’s operations globaly. This individual will be responsible for coordinating activities across departments, including Finance, Support, R&D, and Management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring efficiency across all areas. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Support, R&D, and Management to ensure seamless daily operations. 
  • HR and Recruitment: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and HR management, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and productive work environment. 
  • Contract and Agreement Management: Oversee and maintain contracts with providers, vendors, and customers. Ensure customer agreements flow efficiently from the Sales team, and manage invoicing and collections. 
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor budgets, track actual expenses, and report financial performance regularly to management. 
  • Customer Relations: Support customer satisfaction by handling key customer agreements, participating in stakeholder negotiations, and closing deals as needed. 
  • Global Representation: Represent Allyable at conferences and industry events worldwide, with availability to travel internationally as needed. 

Requirements  

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field 
  • Experience: 4+ years in an Operations Manager or similar role, ideally within a tech startup or SaaS enterprise software provider environment. 
  • Ability to operate alone in a territory with remote support. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading key operational processes. 
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills(written and oral) , with fluency in Hebrew and a high level of English. 
  • Excellent problem solving, time management, and planning 
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms 
  • Master with Office tools such as word, powerpoint, excel. 
  • Master in Canva 
  • Adaptability: Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by challenges, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

As Presales/Customer Success Manager you will understand customer needs and outcomes, play a critical role in helping our prospects and customers understand the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge and expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in GA, goal and conversion tracking, transactions tracking.
  • Inbound Certified / 5+ years in marketing automation.
  • Creating and testing workflows, conversion funnels.
  • Google Analytics & Various website tracking.
  • Social media integrations & Automation.
  • Active experience in Inbound Marketing, Email campaigns, dynamic Content.

Role Overview 

As Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes using the company’s platform and products. Acting as the primary point of contact post-sale, the CSM focuses on fostering customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing support, guidance, and strategic insights to maximize the value customers receive from the product. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Relationship Management 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for SME and enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships. 
    • Actively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and how our platform can drive value. 
  • Onboarding & Adoption 
    • Lead and manage the onboarding process, ensuring new customers are set up for success with tailored implementation strategies. 
    • Conduct training sessions and develop resources to ensure clients maximize platform adoption. 
  • Proactive Engagement 
    • Regularly monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively engage with clients to mitigate churn and address concerns. 
    • Share best practices and insights to help customers optimize their use of the platform.
  •  Advocacy & Growth 
    • Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring client feedback influences product development and strategy. 
    • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive expansion revenue. 
  • Metrics & Reporting 
    • Track and analyze key success metrics (e.g., NPS, adoption rates, retention) to measure customer satisfaction and engagement. 
    • Provide regular updates to customers, showcasing ROI and platform value. 
  • Collaboration & Teamwork 
    • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, to resolve customer issues and enhance their overall experience. 
    • Contribute to the development of Customer Success playbooks, processes, and resources. 
  • Requirements: 

Experience: 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company. 
  • Proven success managing SME and enterprise accounts. 

Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to track customer success metrics. 
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Technical Knowledge: 

  • Familiarity with Hubspot. 
  • Experience working with enterprise integrations and APIs is a plus. 

 Language & Communication: 

  • Fluency in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage. 
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to convey value clearly.

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and various stages in the buying process 
  • Proven negotiations and closing skills

  • Bachelors or Masters  
  • HubSpot knowledge,  and pipeline management 
  • Experience in closing verticals: healthcare, retail, insurance , finance, software, tech (a plus)

Role Overview 

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the company’s technology solutions. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality software that aligns with business objectives and product goals.   • 5+ years of experience as full stack developer with .NET Core technologies, C# language with at least 3 years in a similar role. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Angular/Typescript/SCSS/React/NodeJS 
  • 3+ years of experience agile / scrum.   
  • Autodidactic abilities to ramp up quickly on new technologies   
  • Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
  • Experience AI and ChatGPT and other LLM 
  • Experience with API design, build and implementation. 
  • Experience deploying microservices system to scale 
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker 
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations   
  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the actual launch of the project   
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time 
  • Deep understanding of the web client and server-side technologies 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results in a high-paced environment.
