As Presales/Customer Success Manager you will understand customer needs and outcomes, play a critical role in helping our prospects and customers understand the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge and expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications.
Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of our product’s technical capabilities and inner workings
- Take part in demo meetings with prospects and assist in crafting sales pitches and solutions for the sales team
- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics, and gather other feedback to provide superior support
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
- Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities

Qualifications:
- Vast experience with Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing+.

- Inbound Certified / 5+ years in marketing automation.
- Creating and testing workflows, conversion funnels.
- Google Analytics & Various website tracking.
- Social media integrations & Automation.
- Active experience in Inbound Marketing, Email campaigns, dynamic Content.
- Drafting, creating, testing, and optimizing various Buyer’s Journeys Scenarios.

Your responsibility as a Sales Director & Business Development will be drive sales and key accounts within the US market. Lead sale activities for innovative and complex solutions in the digital accessibility domains within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise software sales processes
- Work with customers and help better understand their needsExpand the company’s customer base and build lasting relationships with them
- Establish a referral network with other businesses and find opportunities to maximize value with these connections
- Assess the competitive landscape and implement changes to the sales program in response to competitor changes and industry standards
- Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as the company grows

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field
